Terms & Conditions – Win Your Heat Pump Installation Free

Promotion) Eligibility: 

- This promotion is open to residents of Christchurch, New Zealand. 

- Entrants must be aged 18 or over and the legal owner/occupier of the property where the installation is to occur. 

How to Enter: 

-Receive a quote that includes the cost of installation and the heat pump unit and must be accepted by customer before the 31st May 2025, alongside Alexar B Limited Terms of Trade. 

- A complimentary site visit must be scheduled and completed in May 2025. 

Installation may occur after May if necessary. 

- To enter the draw, customers must book and pay a non-refundable deposit for a single split heat pump (one indoor and one outdoor) installation with Alexar B Limited on or before 31st May 2025. 

- Only one entry per address is permitted. 

-This offer commences 16/04/2025. 

What You Could Win: 

- One customer will receive their single split heat pump (one indoor and one outdoor), back to back installation cost only refunded, up to the value of $1,100 (including GST). 

- This offer excludes ducted systems, ceiling cassettes, ventilation, and multi split systems. 

- If the total cost exceeds NZD$1,100, the winner will receive a NZD$1,100 credit toward their final invoice, and any remaining balance will still be payable. 

Winner Selection: 

- The winner will be drawn at random on Monday, 9th June 2025, and notified via phone and/or email. 

- If the winner cannot be contacted within 7 days, a new winner will be drawn. 

General Terms: 

- The offer applies to residential installations only and is not transferable or redeemable for cash. - Installations must take place within our standard service area (30km radius of Christchurch CBD). 

- The promotion is not valid with any other offer, discount, or previously confirmed bookings. 

- Alexar B Limited reserves the right to verify eligibility, or modify the terms if required due to unforeseen circumstances, though any changes will not affect entries already received.
